Isn't Panasonic just adding to the confusion by referring to their cameras that record just one or the other, all as AVCCAM?

Going back to LT is the only way to do it properly. I assume you imported the LT project into FCP. It should be easy enough to Open in Editor and tweak it

AVCCAM is thier term for high end AVCHD. The PH modes on their cameras record a form of AVCHD that their consumer models don't, nor any other manufacturers

Never mind!... problem resolved... I guess some cleanup helped to straight things here :-) so for the record, yes you can apply a video filter to a LiveType
