[FCP-L] OT: Great job

We are looking for a person with experience who knows how to edit videos with FinalCut Studio and Premiere.
Need to know formats and capable to convert file format.
The person needs to speak good english...
This is mainly for personal projects so I don't have big budget.
This is for a new project and budget is low... between 2-4$/hour according to experience...
