If you're not quite ready to upgrade your phone, you can get this:

It's a projector about the size of an iphone, and in a comletely dark room, will cast a remarkably large, bright image. It's useless in day light, but under proper viewing conditions, is quite acceptable. Oh, and cost only around $300 bucks.
