I've been delivering videos for a project in PhotoJPEG. At 100% a 4 min video was around 8GBs. At 98% they are about 1.5GBs. These are progressive movies though.

PhotoJPEG at 95%+ becomes RGB and triples/quadruples the filesize. At
that "quality" it can be a hog to edit, due to it's bandwidth needs.
Be aware that it cannot contain field-based video either.
