Google is letting me down here.
Anyone heard of a unix video file format -- .dss -- coming from a
security camera system.
VLC will play it and says it is some variant of the DIVX codec,
640x480 (square PAR), and 30 fps. It does not seem to like the VLC
export option though.
MPEG Streamclip, DIVX player, Quicktime Pro, and FCP will not open it
up.
I have Win XP in Parallels. Or perhaps there is a Unix app that can
transcode this to some form I can use to get it into FCP?
Thanks,
James
