Again, if you reread my last post, that was pretty much my point, only
with a different choice of words and I, too, concluded with a
suggestion for an approach. Tho maybe I took too much offense to the
term KEY in this context, yes. My bad.

I like the "defecate shit" part. :-D
At the same time I'm not exactly sure how you come to that somewhat ad
hominem interpretation/conclusion from reading the rather
undescriptive "I'm trying to key some footage that was shot over
whit" [sic], since I don't really see any of that in there.

And again, we're arguing "solutions" for a problem we know practically
*nothing* (essential) about, since the actual CONTENT and overall
desired result are of utter relevance to be able to give any
*constructive* suggestions whatsoever in a case like this. First and
foremost because, you guessed it, we are not talking about a COLOR key!
