Have you gone into the XDCAM transfer software preferences and checked
"Add source name" etc.? Not sure if that will give you the # you
seek, but might be worth a try. Test one clip to your transfer folder
and see if it included what you need. Not sure if checking the UMID
(Unique Material Identifier) will give you the number or not.
