[FCP-L] Looking for budget transcription

I've found Steve Hullfish's article on PVC* to be quite helpful, but now I'm
trying to learn more about what the cheaper overseas options really are and
how they compare with people here in the states. Especially compared to the
service that I've called three times now and they've not returned my call.

Anyone have experience with and recommendations for less expensive
transcription services?
