They're NOT the cheapest, but they are very good and reliable, with internet based up & downloading so it really doesn't matter where they are. Timezone is an advantage for us.

By the way, we're HEAVY consumers of transcription services, spending thousands of dollars on hundreds of hours of interviews. We use multiple vendors to spread out the
load, and we've found that they're all within a certain price range. You can search the world for a "bargain" but the amount of time invested in getting that bargain may end up costing you more in the long run.

In this area, I feel that you really do get what you pay for.

We also use: www.pilotware.com In addition to their logging software, they now have a transcription department as well.
