respectively, the Project Pane and the Timing Pane (timeline).
The Timing Pane has three tabs. Timeline. Keyframe Editor. Audio Editor.
Command 7 ostensibly opens the Timeline but really opens to the Timing Pane
as well.
(I am sitting at an older system running Motion 2, but I believe that it is
the same on the more recent versions as I have worked with FCS Studio 2 and
3 as well.)
