I've not had anyone ask me to use AVID since 2001 or so. Which is fine
since I prefer FCP. But I recall you can modify AVID key commands. Is
there an FCP set for AVID (in case I ever need to jump that way in the
future)?

Yes with regards to Motion. Having an After Effects command set for
Motion might actually start me on the path to using Motion every once
in awhile.

Didn't even know about Motion Command Settings until just now...
