Maybe this was covered in the Quicktime 10 discussion, but I'm not
finding it...
I'm trying to use MPEG Streamclip to grab some DVD footage, but
Quicktime complains that I need to buy the MPEG-2 Playback Component.
I have bought it, it's installed, and when I try to install my
original copy it says I already have a newer version installed. Plus
the download site at Apple says it's for QT7, making no mention at all
of QT10. Clearly the world is off its axis, again.
Is the MPEG-2 Playback Component still supposed to work in Quicktime 10?
