Size versus resolution. Text and UI elements on an Apple 20" will appear larger than on a 23". If you like the 20s but want bigger text, look for a Dell, HP or Viewsonic 21 or 22. Same resolution, just bigger. If you like the 23s but but want bigger text, look for a Dell, HP or Viewsonic 24 - or even the new Apple 24. Same resolution, just bigger. Really tiny is the 17" MBP with the hi-res screen. Same resolution as the 23" but MUCH smaller.
