A little late at the party, but nevertheless.
FFmpeg can do the same, and is free.
(But you need to know command line, or use a front end application. I've
made a few, but not for this particular scenario)

Episode can do it too, and i believeAvid can do it. (And Avid does not even
need the XML files)
