numbers in the cell like this:
Go to: Format/Cells/Number/Custom... and type in:
00\:00\:00\:00
... then format all the desired cells in your doc that way
When you enter TC in those cells, enter numbers only, i.e.,
12345678 ... which will result in 12:34:56:78 when you tab out of the
cell.
