[FCP-L] exporting stills short cut?

Hi, I'm a Canadian-British doc filmmaker and artist living in Spain, and
new to this list, after recently migrating from PC to Mac.

I have to export a number of still images, and have to go thru several
steps in FCP rather than have a key board short that Premiere has,
unless I'm missing something. Isn't there a keyboard shortcut that can
send a tiff to a given folder which would save me a lot of time?
