[FCP-L] Slightly OT: shooting NTSC for PAL conversion

 

I've got a quick project coming up that will eventually need to be transferred NTSC to PAL. The cameraman is shooting on a Varicam, so I wanted to see if you had any suggestions of whether shooting & editing in 23.98 or 29.97 is more preferable than the other for conversion to PAL.
