rent a Sony HDW-1500A. This works perfectly. Simple HD-SDI input with RS422 control.

for some reason, a client wants a sequence output to HDV tape. We are on v6 FCP with AJA Kona3. Rendered the project in an HDV sequence. Hooked FW400 to the Sony M10 HDV Deck. Will this even work? What are the FCP video output settings? I can't believe I need to deliver on this format.
