[FCP-L] Make new "selects" P2 card images from existing P2 card images

Outside client is asking for B-Roll footage of something we shot a while
back.

However, the card images that I have backed up are both interview and b-roll
mixed, and most likely a few shots are spanned across cards.

Who has a utility that I can mount the cards, select just the clips I want
and make a new P2 card image of the selected footage?
