[FCP-L] anyone used disc repair apps with Fibrejet?

We have a raid where some of the drives are having permission errors
(no one can get write access, only read access) I read where some people used third party apps to fix drive problems.Anyone have any experience using apps like disk warrior? Or is this some sort of database error, in which case I haven't a clue how to fix.
