RE: [FCP-L] anyone used disc repair apps with Fibrejet?

No problem, I understand if you are having problems and need a ongoing solution. Keep in mind though that "any" utility which diddles with the Partition and the bit map or file allocation table of a disk has the potential of disaster via making the disk unreadable. Since the Mac OS X file system is a cached file system any crashes of Apps and the OS certainly creates a situation of lost files or corrupted File allocation tables.

In my experience ongoing Disk issues need to be tracked down and addressed before valuable data may be lost. In some cases all it takes is a OS X restore.

When they create a error and crash-proof drive I will agree with you. Until then disk warrior will continue to be within arm's reach.
