Thanks Robin. Like a said - I do have QT7 installed but QT-X also
installed w/Snow Leopard. I cannot get "open with" > "change all" to
work ever. I was hesitant to remove QT-X with all the QT codecs in
Library/QuickTime used by both apps. I added a lot - Avid, Perian,
Flip4Mac, AC3, etc. Do any bad things happen if you trash QT-X. Will
files then open in QT-7? Just curious. I'm already back on 10.5.8.

BTW - Our animation person is in Germany - we Skype & use FTP for all
our production - often several compositions a month.
